Pavilion rental

Lakewood Village has a large pavilion on Brendle Lake.  You can rent the pavilion for private parties up to 75 people for a nominal fee.  Rental fee is $100, with a $50 cleaning deposit.  Your guests will enjoy a beautiful view of Brendel Lake!  The pavilion has electrical outlet s and lights, plus nearly one dozen picnic tables for your guests.
