The Water Resources Committee manages the ongoing maintenance of our lakes.  Some of their tasks include: 

• Protect desirable plant life while controlling unwanted weeds

• Maintain a desirable boating & swimming experience

• Maintain a healthy ecosystem on our lakes

• Manage & minimize costs for treatment

• Maintain and increase property values

Lakewood Village was created with specific Deed Restrictions.  The Architectural & Ordinance Committee answers questions about what is allowed on our neighborhoods and offers guidance if members want to make changes or additions to their home.

One of Lakewood Village's best features are our Parks and Beaches.  The Parks & Rec & Beaches Committee works hard to maintain the quality of the parks and beaches.  They:

• Clean up beaches annually

• Remove unwanted trees from our parks

• Manage the buoys and raft on our lakes
